Arab First United Methodist Church and Arab First Baptist Church are excited to partner again to fundraise for local emergency services assistance and food pantry, TESA (Temporary Emergency Services of Arab). The 5K Run will begin at 8:00 AM at Arab First United Methodist Church with the 1 Mile Fun Run scheduled to begin at Arab First United Methodist Church 9:30 AM. Winners will be announced after the 1 Mile Fun Run at Arab First Baptist Church.

5K registration is $25 and includes bib and a t-shirt. The 1 Mile Fun Run registration is $15 and includes a bib, with the option of purchasing a t-shirt for $10. A combination 5K and 1 Mile Fun Run registration is $35 and includes a bib and t-shirt. Extra t-shirts may be purchased with registration for $12. There will be a $3 up-charge for shirt sizes 2XL and 3XL. Volunteers will need to email megan.rae.light@gmail.com to order their t-shirts.

Bib and shirt pick up will be Friday, April 8 from 6 PM to 7 PM at Arab First United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall and Saturday, April 9 from 6:30 AM to 7:30 AM. Priority registration ends Sunday, March 27. No shirt guarantee if registered after March 27. All registration closes Saturday, April 9 at 7:30 AM.

Parking will be at Arab First United Methodist Church with a bus shuttling people to Arab First Baptist Church to begin the 1 Mile Fun Run. After the 5K run, a bus will shuttle those not participating in the 1 Mile Fun Run back to Arab First United Methodist Church. 

The 5K course is NOT a certified course by USATF. Medals will be given to the male and female 5K first place winners of each age group. The overall male and female 5K winners will receive an additional prize. The 1 Mile Fun Run will not be officially timed. 

5K age divisions are as follows: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70 & up.
